Leave Program

Eligible employees accrue leave time each pay cycle and are encouraged to utilize it throughout the year. Paid time off may be used for rest, relaxation, illness or personal leave.

Full-time employees are eligible for paid federal holidays during each calendar year:

Retirement

Cabezon Group offers a traditional 401(k) plan allowing employees a mechanism to save for future financial security. If eligible, the company will make a safe harbor matching contribution on your behalf equal to a dollar-for-dollar contribution on the first 4% of compensation deferred.
